As many of you know, i am no stranger to pain! My knees are one of my problems spots.
I received this in exchange for my honest unbiased opinion and boy am i glad i did!
I like to compare this to Altoids.... It is curiously effective. I cant say that i fully understand how this works, but it does... I put it on and my knee pain is way less problem-some while just sitting or walking. Stairs it still hurts a bit, but i really does make them much more bearable.
This has adjustable Velcro on both sides of the knee and is a one size fits MOST... i am plus size, but it still fit... Not a ton of extra room, but fit where it needed to.
You place this right below your knee cap with the red side in and boom, your done... The pain is lessened until i take it off and almost instantly the pain comes back.
When I put this one, it fits comfortably. I can forget that i am wearing it and it is not bulking under my jeans and work pants. (now under leggings, you can see it!).
